If your tickets don't arrive in time for the match, you'll be refunded in full — no questions asked.

Cancelled matches

If a match is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund of the ticket price.

Postponed matches

Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you can't attend, contact us for a refund of the ticket price.

200% Guarantee

In the rare case of undelivered tickets, we refund up to 200% of the ticket price to help you find an alternative.

When refunds apply

  • Match officially cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled.
  • Tickets not delivered before kickoff.
  • Tickets that don't grant entry to the venue, verified with documentation.

When refunds don't apply

  • Change of mind after the order has been confirmed.
  • Failure to attend the match for personal reasons.
  • Restrictions imposed by the venue that apply to all ticket holders (e.g. weather delays).

How to request a refund

Use the order link in your confirmation email and select "Request refund". Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
