Every order is backed by our guarantee: tickets arrive before kickoff, or your money back.
Delivered to your email as a printable PDF. Most tickets are sent within 24–72 hours of purchase.
Sent directly to your phone via the club's official app or a secure ticket-transfer link.
For matches within 72 hours, tickets are released as soon as the seller confirms — usually the day before kickoff.
Select fixtures offer pick-up near the stadium. Full instructions and a meeting point are emailed 24 hours before the match.
Delivery timeline
- Orders placed more than 7 days before kickoff: delivered within 7 days, often sooner.
- Orders placed 2–7 days before kickoff: delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed within 48 hours of kickoff: delivered the day before the match at the latest.
Tracking your order
Use the order link in your confirmation email to track delivery status in real time. We'll notify you the moment your tickets are ready.
International delivery
Digital tickets are delivered worldwide at no additional cost. Physical tickets, where applicable, are couriered using tracked international shipping.
